The staff at HSL have an average of over 20 years experience in systems design and customer service. Excepting the CFO, everyone in the company from the most recent employee down to the President is a professional systems developer. All of us are involved in customer service on a daily basis.
No employee is directly involved with our customers until they have a minimum of 2 years experience with our products. On the other hand, if you have an unusual problem with a system you might be passed to the original author of that system for resolution.
We develop our systems, we support our systems and we market our systems.
