Run Master Schedule Builder

This program places every section for every course in a period of your school’s scheduling matrix.

This placement will obey every rule you have imposed. Within these rules the primary objective of the program is to maximize the number of students who receive a complete schedule. In WebSched there are two definitions of a complete student schedule:

1. The student has a course scheduled in every period of the day.
2. All the student’s course requests are scheduled into a period, (a Light Load).

A secondary objective of the Builder program is to balance the size of classes within a course.

NOTE: If there are eight periods in the day, and six sections to be scheduled, WebSched will put a section into six different periods. This will maximize the chance of students getting a complete schedule, but might result in unbalanced classes.
